Shipments and Deliveries

When are orders processed?

We begin processing your order right away. 9 times out of 10, we are able to provide same day shipments in the event that your order is received before 1pm. In the event that your order is received after 1pm, shipments will go out the next business day. All orders are guaranteed to ship within 24 hours!

What are my Shipment Options and What do They Cost?

We are proud to offer several different shipping options. Their costs are associated directly to where you are located, the weight of your shipment, and the size of the box being delivered. We offer FREE STANDARD shipping on all orders over $49 to all Canadians. However, to ensure that you get your products FAST, we do suggest to choose one of the other shipping options.

You can always see what your shipment options are, and how much each of them costs by proceeding to checkout. You'll have the option to view and select shipping options before proceeding to payments.

Will my shipment be identifiable on delivery?


No, No, No.. We pride ourselves in providing the most discreet shipping methods possible. Whether you're ordering a 15" Dildo, or some spicy handcuffs, no one will know what it is until the box is opened.

All Shipments are brown box with just a shipping label. We will not even include our business name on the box. Your discretion is our number 1 priority!

Why Do You Ask for My Phone Number?


The reason we ask for your phone number is solely for shipping and tracking purposes. We need to provide our courier - Canada Post, a phone number in order to release your shipment. If there are any issues with your shipment, Canada post may contact you. Rest assured, they do not know what you have ordered.

We will not contact you by phone. We are quite sure that you'd rather not receive a phone call from us, and in the event that we do need to contact you, we'll do so via a more discreet email.

It is very important that you provide your correct email address for your order, as it will be used to provide you up to the minute tracking information for your package.

Ordering and Refunds/Cancelations

I Don't like the product I purchased, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we offer, we can not accept most items for exchange or return. This is a health and safety reasons. We suggest you research the product well before purchasing it if you may have any doubt.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Our goal is for our customers to be provided the best possible service. This includes rapid processing of orders. 9 times out of 10, your orders will be processed instantly upon receipt. Shipping and tracking information goes out daily after 6pm. If you have just placed an order, you can contact us right away, and if we have not processed it yet, we will be happy to cancel it.

What are my payment options?

We have chosen to offer Paypal as your payment gateway. This ensures that your information remains safe and secure, and also ensures that we are able to provide you the lowest possible prices on our products.

Do I need a PayPal Account to Pay?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order. When you get to the payment page, a popup window will allow you to make a payment through PayPal as a guest if you scroll down just a little bit.
